He often cries has not been able sleep since his wife died three months prior. admits neither hope nor desire do usual activities or even start new activities. Vital signs show BP 140/90 mmHg, pulse 150x/m, RR 20x/m, SpO2 98%. Cardiopulmonary examination revealed irregular S1-S2. ECG shows premature contraction evolved asinus rhythm HR 150x/minute, incomplete right bundle branch block after first was examined. Depression-Anxiety-stress scoring-42 (DASS-42) conducted this patient. Results patient very severe intermediate stress. Mental disorders lead etiology cardiac remodeling factors due degeneration sympathetic stimulation, then induced AF. Further research is needed whether psychiatric treatment can prevent improving quality life, healthy behavior awareness for managing health.
